Terms of Service

User Agreement

By registering on the Gazaniya platform, you create an account and agree to these Terms of Use. By clicking “Sign Up,” registering, accessing, or using our services (as defined below), you enter into a legally binding contract with Gazaniya. If you do not agree to this
contract (“User Agreement”), do not proceed with registration or use
our Services. You may terminate this agreement anytime by closing your account
and ceasing to use our Services.

Services

This User Agreement governs your use of the Gazaniya web and
mobile applications, communications, and related services, including data
collection (“Services”). Registered Users of our Services are categorized as
“Startup” and “Investor.”

Gazaniya

This User Agreement is between you and Gazaniya (referred to
as “we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering on www.gazaniya.com, you consent to the collection, use, and
sharing of your personal data in accordance with Gazaniya’s Privacy Policy.

Service Obligations

1. Eligibility: Only individuals 18 years or older may
register for and use our Services.

2. Account Obligations: You agree to (a) create a secure
password, (b) maintain the confidentiality of your password, (c) not misuse the
platform or your account, and (d) comply with all applicable laws, our Privacy
Policy, and these Terms of Use.

3. Payment: If you purchase our paid Services, you agree
to pay all applicable fees, including taxes. You acknowledge that (a) your
purchase may be subject to price variations or foreign currency charges, (b) we
may retain your payment method to prevent service interruptions, and (c) we may
use your billing information to calculate applicable taxes.

4. Communication: You agree to receive notices and
messages from us through our platform and to keep your contact information
updated to receive important notifications.

5. Content License: By submitting or publishing content
on our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, copy, modify,
distribute, publish, and process your content worldwide without additional
permission, notification, or compensation. This license can be terminated by
deleting specific content or closing your account, with certain limitations.

6. Service Changes: We may modify, suspend, or
discontinue any Services at any time, and we reserve the right to change our
fees with prior notice. We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of the
content provided, and we are not obligated to retain or provide you with copies
of any information.

7. Restrictions: We may limit your use of the Services,
including the number of connections and interactions with other users. We
reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate the law
or this agreement.

Disclaimer

GAZANIYA PROVIDES THE SERVICES “AS IS” AND
“AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

GAZANIYA AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING
LOST PROFITS, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR LOSS OF DATA. GAZANIYA’S
LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES OR INR 1000,
WHICHEVER IS LOWER.

Termination

Either you or Gazaniya may terminate this agreement at any
time with notice. Upon termination, you lose the right to access the Services.
Certain provisions, including rights to publish feedback and obligations
related to content, will survive termination.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This User Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any
disputes will be litigated exclusively in the Supreme Court or High Court of
Telangana, India.

Miscellaneous

1. Severability: If any provision of this agreement is
found unenforceable, it will be modified to reflect the parties’ intent while
the remaining provisions remain in effect.

2. Entire Agreement: This agreement supersedes all prior
agreements and constitutes the entire understanding between you and Gazaniya
regarding the Services.

3. Non-Assignment: You may not assign this agreement
without our consent, but Gazaniya may transfer it to any of its subsidiaries or
a buyer.

4. Notice: Legal notices to Gazaniya must be sent to our
registered office address.

Service Mandates

You agree to:

1. Comply with all applicable laws, including intellectual
property, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

2. Provide accurate information and keep it updated.

3. Use your real name in your profile and use the Services
professionally.

Service Restrictions

You agree not to:

1. Create a false identity or misrepresent your identity on
the platform.

2. Use unauthorized software, hardware, or automated tools to
access or scrape the Services.

3. Bypass or override security measures or access
restrictions.

4. Use the Services to distribute unauthorized or harmful
content, including viruses.

5. Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of
the Services.

6. Imply or claim any association with Gazaniya without
explicit permission.

7. Engage in activities that disrupt or burden the Services,
including spam or denial-of-service attacks.
